• Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, refunds are not provided once the artwork is completed.
• If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to discuss possible resolutions.

1.2 Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted before work on the artwork begins. In such cases, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.

1.3 Damaged or Lost Items

• If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

• As each artwork is custom-made to your specifications, returns are not accepted unless the item was damaged in transit or there was a mistake in fulfilling your order.

• For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging within 5 days of delivery. This helps us process your claim quickly and efficiently.
